Our Cook & Eat team has put together a series of clean eating workshops for the health conscious foodie. At our clean eating workshops, we give you all the inspiration needed to stay on top of your healthy eating goals and kiss goodbye to calorie counting and ‘yo yo’ dieting.
Our healthy eating expert chef will show you how to cook delicious recipes using ingredients that are easily accessible, share tips on cooking within healthy guidelines and ‘wow’ you with colourful nutrient rich food that you can replicate at home. We’ll discuss label reading and avoiding unnatural E numbers that every human body can do without.
