Vietnames food is light, nutritious and incredibly delicious. Fresh herbs, lots of vegetables and seafood combine with cooking techniques that use water or broth instead of oils – these are some of the standout qualities of Vietnamese food.
We are excited to announce our Vietnamese cooking class to be held in Manchester city centre by Saigon Lotus from January 2015
This hands-on Vietnamese cooking class is tailored to give you an authentic experience of Vietnamese cuisine. You will learn how to cook 4 authentic and popular dishes, enjoy your own creation with others in the group.
Our Vietnamese cookery course is a fun and intereactive way for team building, corporate events or a great gettogether event with your friends, family or social networking event even if you just love to have some fun, make new friends and learn hands-on cooking experience with our Vietnamese chef.
Cost: £125 per person week day or £150 weekend per person or £99 with Saigon Lotus discount code or £89 with a living social discount code
Only 8 – 10 first people will be guaranteed a booking on our cooking class on first come first serve basis as we would like the experience to be trully fun as well as informative in a smaller group.

Morning glory stir fried in garlic & sauces
Famous Vietnamese PHO (flat rice noodles in broth with a fragrance of star anise, cinnamon, ginger, onion and corriander taste)
