Yang Sing cookery classes are hosted monthly, training students in all three disciplines of a Southern Chinese kitchen. We cover the areas of dim sum, roasting and wok cooking – you’ll be able to recreate a little bit of our restaurant magic in your own home. Classes tend to be smaller group sizes, with plenty of one-to-one tuition.
However, we can also provide private classes for larger groups and special occasions.
Our private classes are ideal for corporate groups looking for hospitality or teambuilding, or even for a group of friends for a party or simply with an interest in Chinese culture and the culinary arts. Whatever your requirements we can cater a fun and informative event for you.
