We will discuss different sushi rice cooking techniques, sushi grade fish, equipment and ingredients.
Demystification of Sushi: it doesn’t really take 20 years of training just to master the art of cooking sushi rice.
You will make enough sushi for a very big meal and there will probably be some left to take home! (typically you will end up with about 40-50 pieces of sushi – the equivalent of about £40 worth of sushi!)
