Feeling confident using a knife is the key to enjoying your time in the kitchen. We’ll cut up a range of vegetables and fruit, as well as a whole chicken, discussing methods for cutting, what tools work best, and how to use your knives in the most efficient way. We’ll then cook and enjoy a meal from the results.
You’ll also learn about kitchen tools, sharpening your knife, and plenty of techniques to keep you slicing and dicing with skill.
