On our fish skills workshop, you’ll learn to clean, gut and fillet round fish (things like mackerel) and flatfish (things like sole). At the end of the session you’ll have practised your skills on several fish and you’ll head home with your gleaming fillets too. Dinner sorted!
We know preparing fish can be seem daunting at first, it’s one of the few animals you’ll put in the oven with it’s head still on. But once you know a few simple tricks, cooking and preparing fish is a doddle. So to make sure all our members feel comfortable with the kind of things we’ll be supplying each week we run a series of hands-on workshops throughout the year.
