Thai cuisine is famous for its use of herbs, chillies and spices, utilised in a variety of ways to create food that is satisfying yet light, vibrant, yet balanced. During this class you'll discover key ingredients, techniques, and history behind this infectious cuisine. We will contrast and compare Thai flavours with other SE Asian cuisines, so you’ll soon learn how to spot key differences and similarities, and how to adapt your own cooking accordingly. This classic Thai cuisine class will cover some of the country's most popular dishes; from sticky rice, to rich curry to bright rice noodles. If you love going out for Thai food, this is a great class to start incorporating the flavours you love into your own cooking at home.
