The bread course will make you a master of gluten free bread.
On the course, we make lots of different breads including a brilliant loaf of bread, baguettes and soda bread. You will also learn techniques for pizza, poolish and sourdough!
Get yourself a slice of the action – come and spend the day with us in our kitchen filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread you CAN eat. We think that’s the best thing since sliced bread!
On all our courses a delicious gluten free lunch is included, together with tea and coffee.
