Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes a booking needs to be cancelled/rescheduled. Our cancellation policy is set by our suppliers. Charges are subject to the below cancellation policy:

For Customers who have purchased vouchers

1.If you have not yet booked a specific class date with the vendor:

You can request a full refund up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

2.If you have already booked a specific class date with the vendor:

Your voucher will no longer be refundable but may be rescheduled.

You may cancel and reschedule 1-30 days (depending on the vendor) or more before the agreed class date.

Cancellations within 1-30 days (depending on the vendor) of the agreed class date can not be rescheduled.

For customers who have purchased tickets

1.Tickets can be fully refunded 14-30 days (depending on the vendor) from the date of purchase. However, tickets purchased within 14-30 days (depending on the vendor) of the class date are non-refundable.

2.Tickets can be exchanged for future dates if cancelled 1-30 days (depending on the vendor) or more before the class date.

3.Cancellations within 1-30 days (depending on the vendor) of the class date can not be rescheduled.

In all cases, bookings may be transferred to another person at no additional cost (e.g. you may find a friend to replace you). Should a host cancel a class, TryMyKitchen will refund in full those who have purchased tickets prior to its cancellation. TryMyKitchen reserves the right to charge a host who cancels an event with any costs it incurs in the processing of the cancellation.
