Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes a booking needs to be cancelled. You can do so by simply emailing support@trymykitchen.com

Our cancellation policy is set by our suppliers. Charges are subject to the below cancellation policy:

  • For classes taking place at a school. You will have a full refund if given 30 days’ notice from the class start date.
  • For classes taking place at a chef’s house. You will have a full refund if given 2 days’ notice from the class start date.
  • For classes taking place at your own home. You will have a full refund if given 7 days’ notice from the class start date.

The above 3 cancellation terms are worst case scenarios. Many classes operate more lenient cancellation terms. If you are unsure please visit the class profile page or drop us a quick email at support@trymykitchen.com.

In all cases bookings may be transferred to another person at no additional cost (e.g. you may find a friend to replace you).

Should a host cancel a class, TryMyKitchen will refund in full those who have purchased tickets prior to its cancellation.

TryMyKitchen reserves the right to charge a host who cancels an event with any costs it incurs in the processing of the cancellation.
